Relax Recharge Restore

Philosophy
At my Yoga classes we practice a Hatha vinyasa yoga that flows from pose to pose and is suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced yogis.

Relax. Recharge. Restore.

We practice learning new poses and also as we become more practiced going deeper into each pose as we become more experienced. My practice is structured to increase awareness and health. Each Yoga pose is an opportunity to explore body and mind and to meditate and have fun.

Class Structure
Each class begins with breathing to connect with our energy and then we move into some gentle asana’s (poses), and moves into some structured challenging poses we finish we a meditation (nidra).

Parent and Child Yoga
This class is designed for parents and children. We use play to explore yoga breathing, poses (asanas), and relaxation. Not all children are into active sports or some need space to take time out and make connections with their parents where it isn’t about getting it right. At this yoga class children are encouraged and learn to have the courage to be imperfect.

Yoga helps children focus, connect with their bodies, develop motor skills, balance and to relax and try something a little different.

Cost
Yoga is taught on a ten week schedule. The cost for ten weeks is €120 or €15 per class (Parent and Child classes are the same cost but the payment covers both parent and child).

One to One Yoga Lessons, One to One Meditation
One to One Yoga and meditation classes are available per half and full hour. Meditation follows the eight fold path and includes right mindfulness (Samyak smriti)

Cost
One to one classes are €50 per hour and €25 per half
