As a qualified and accredited supervisor. My role is to facilitate your growth as a helping professional. My approach to supervision is to equal and collegial. Supervision is a learning journey and all learning begins from the learner’s frame of reference. As a supervisor I work with a person to develop their reflective self, developing the inner supervisor. Supervision is vital for anyone who works with people, not only does it improve the quality of the work done but it also works on professional and personal development. Tackling issues like burnout, compassion fatigue, power struggles, leadership styles and paradigm shifts.

Supervision for therapists in organisations is compulsory and the amount of time in supervision is dependent on the rules and policies of that organisation. Under some circumstances employers cover the cost of supervision. The cost of supervision at my service is €70 per hour with concessions for students.
